Birthday Parties at ESGC

Let Eastern Suburbs Gymnastics Club host your child’s next birthday party! Our 2 hour parties are a great way to entertain your child and their friends as they explore the gym and all that our sport has to offer. Parties are for children aged between 3-13 years of age. Our coach works with you to manage games and to supervise the fun as the children enjoy the many fun things to do in the gym!

Cost:
$290 for 1-10 children
$390 for 11-20 children
$490 for 21-30 children

Plus $40 bond, refunded after party so long as gymnastics space and party room left in satisfactory condition.

(Current ESGC members receive 10% off all party bookings)

Times available:
Sunday  1.30pm – 3.30pm
Sunday  4:00pm – 6:00pm

Larger group sizes can be accommodated – please contact the office for a quote.

Our party room is available for the length of the party to refuel and refresh your gymnasts. This is a self-catered facility – only tables and chairs provided.

The $40 bond is in addition to the prices listed above and will be included on your invoice.  Payment of the invoice confirms your booking.  The bond will be refunded after the party has taken place if the gym is left clean, in good condition and within the designated booking time.

Please advise your party guests that a leotard or close fitting clothing (shorts and t-shirt) are best for gymnastics. Clothes should not have buckles, buttons or zips that are exposed. Dresses, skirts, baggy clothing or beach shorts are not suitable for gymnastics.  Bare feet only on the gym floor.  Long hair MUST be tied up. Parents accompanying children under 5 should be dressed in a manner appropriate for active participation.
