Adult Gymnastics Sessions
A space for anyone wanting to do their own training and use the equipment.
We also have silks and a lyra (aerial hoop) available.
A coach is also available to assist and supervise so if you’re looking to do something different on your Friday nights come down to ESGC!
When: Friday Nights 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Who: For anyone aged 16 and over. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced there is something for everyone!
Cost: $15 per session (cash OR eftpos available) or $120 for a 10 Week term if you book and pay upfront via credit card.
